Space Planning

Space planning is a comprehensive approach to reviewing the functionality of a space. Kim ID begins with an evaluation of lighting, furniture layout, acoustical comfort, architectural embellishments, electrical needs, materials, etc. These elements are then incorporated into drawings (i.e. floor plans and renderings) to communicate with the trades necessary to execute the proposed plan.

Project management requires on and off site communication with all stakeholders in the project. Schedule coordination, material stock availability, and on the spot problem-solving ensures the design is implemented in a seamless and professional manner.
